The second step is to enter the information for each account into a row.

Enter the email, first_name, and last_name.

In the organizations column for each account:

List each Organization they can access.
For the names of available Organizations, refer to the Organizations section on the Import from CSV page.
To import the account into the first Organization listed in the Organizations section, leave organizations blank.
To add a user to multiple Organizations, separate each Organization name with a comma.
If the Organization name contains a comma, surround the name with double quotes.

In the roles column for each account:

List each Role they perform in ON.Path.
For the names of available Roles, refer to the Roles section on the Import from CSV page.
To assign multiple Roles to an account, separate each Role with a comma.

In the added_abilities column for each account:

List each Ability you want this account to have that is not associated with a Role listed in the Roles column.
For the names of available Abilities, refer to the Roles section on the Import from CSV page.

In the excluded_abilities column for each account:

List each Ability you want this account not to have that is associated with a Role listed in the Roles column.
For the names of available Abilities, refer to the Roles section on the Import from CSV page.

After you enter the accounts, save the file as a CSV file.
