About the ON.Path Documents Tab
The Documents tab in ON.Path is a centralized place where you can access the Value Pathway Details and Pathway on a Page documents for each licensed diagnosis.
Value Pathway Details: Provides a comprehensive, retrospective view of pathway decision making from 2023 to present day, summarizing key considerations, reasoning, and votes per regimen recommendation.
Pathway on a Page: Offers a concise, at-a-glance summary of a pathway, enabling clinicians and stakeholders to quickly understand on-pathway treatment options in one unified view.
To access these documents:
Click the Documents tab.
Click a Diagnosis.
Click the document you want to view.
